A "thriving" Somerset town centre pub "with character" has been put on the market.
A leasehold for The Royal Oak in Somerton is being marketed by estate agent Stonesmith for £35,000.
The stone-built end of terrace property on West Street has recently been refurbished and features an old traditional bar area, a lounge area and a games room.

The popular and cosy pub also boasts an open fireplace, exposed ceiling timbers and part exposed stone walls, as well as a family-sized owner's accommodation with three bedrooms on the first floor.
The pub currently trades as a traditional wet led public house, with no food having been offered, but there is "potential to develop" its offerings further, according to Stonesmith.
An online advertisement for the pub reads: "The Royal Oak is a popular and well presented free of tie public house located within the town centre and with a strong established and regular clientele.
"It is also free of all brewery ties.
"The Royal Oak is home to a pool team, a darts team, a cheese club, a pie club, a fortnightly quiz night and is a popular venue in the town for televised sport showing both Sky and BT Sports.
"Our client advises that there is potential to develop all aspects of the trade, particularly by developing the food side of the business, which has not been exploited.
"There are also opportunities for longer opening hours."
The advertisement adds: "The Royal Oak represents an excellent opportunity to purchase a thriving free of tie wet led freehouse with family sized accommodation and strong levels of trade and potential to grow the business still further."
According to Stonesmith, accounts for the year ending March 31 2020 show sales of £206,553, excluding VAT.
