Disney on Ice returning to Rochester. Ticket info and more – Democrat & Chronicle

After a nearly three-year absence, Disney on Ice is returning to Blue Cross Arena at the War Memorial.
“Disney on Ice Presents Let’s Celebrate” will be staged at the downtown venue Dec. 16 through 19.
A ticket pre-sale is underway; people can get the pre-sale code at disneyonice.com/#signup. Tickets go on sale to the general public at 10 a.m. Oct. 19 at Ticketmaster.com and the Blue Cross Arena box office. Prices start at $20 (not including fees) but will fluctuate based on demand, according to the promoter.
The show includes more than 50 Disney characters — from Mickey and Minnie Mouse to Donald Duck to Goofy — and an ensemble of Disney princesses Cinderella, Rapunzel, Ariel, Snow White and Tiana.
Skaters will bring to life 14 classic and modern Disney stories — including Frozen, Finding Dory, Aladdin and Beauty and the Beast — and perform more than 30 individual numbers, including “Let It Go!”, “You’ve Got a Friend in Me,” and “Hakuna Matata.”
Show times are 7 p.m. Dec. 16 and 17; 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Dec. 18; and noon and 4 p.m. Dec. 19.
As of Nov. 3, everyone 12 and older will have to show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to enter the venue, arena officials announced late last month.
Children younger than 12, who are not eligible for vaccination may enter but must wear masks at all times. Masking is strongly encouraged for vaccinated guests but will not be required.
Negative test results will not be accepted as an alternative to vaccination, officials said.
Disney on Ice last was at Blue Cross Arena in January 2019 and traditionally has been a big draw; its run of shows usually bring around 30,000 people downtown, records show.
