The Irwins and “crocs” go together like Peter Parker and MJ, or Black Widow and Hawkeye.
And now, Robert Irwin has used his Australia Zoo resources to win Halloween this year.
Robert Irwin, the teenage son of the late Steve Irwin, is clearly a Marvel Studios fan and created the perfect Halloween costume this year by dressing as a variant seen in the Disney+ show Loki.
The fan-favorite MCU character played by Tom Hiddleston had his first solo MCU project this year in a series that introduced Marvel fans to the Multiverse. Following events from Avengers: Endgame (2019), the alternate Loki escapes with the Tesseract, only to be apprehended by the Time Variance Authority for crimes against the Sacred Timeline.
The Phase Four Disney+ television series also featured many new characters and ‘variants’ of the Loki character, including the female variant Sylvie (Sophia Di Martino), TVA Agent Mobius M. Mobius (Owen Wilson), Kid Loki (Jack Veal),  Classic Loki (Richard E. Grant) and, of course, Alligator Loki.
Though he didn’t have any lines, Alligator Loki certainly stole the show, and now Robert Irwin has stolen Halloween with his ingenious and very ‘snappy’ costume:

Isn’t it fantastic? The horns, the suit, the sword. And the brilliant sidekick – the crocodile.
Robert co-stars with his mother and his sister, Bindi, on the Animal Planet show Crikey! It’s the Irwins! Bindi and her now-husband Chandler Powell visited Walt Disney World Resort back in 2019 together, and Robert and Bindi recently starred as special guests on the Jim Henson Productions series Earth to Ned on Disney+.
Loki, meanwhile, will be back for a second season. Tom Hiddleston recently hinted the show will pick up right where it ended with the season 1 finale, which found Loki in an alternate TVA following the death of He Who Remains (Jonathan Majors).
Marvel Studios fans have since enjoyed the animated show What If…?, the releases of Black Widow and Shang Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, and are now looking forward to November’s release of Hawkeye starring Jeremy Renner.
